Free official resources, and what we add
The DLD publishes the Real Estate Brokerage Practice Guide (2nd edition, 2024) with a few sample maths questions, and the laws themselves are free on the Dubai Legislation Portal. There is no official question bank. We add 108 original practice questions across nine topic areas, each with an explanation that names the law, article or guide section it comes from.
How to prepare
- Read the DLD Brokerage Practice Guide end to end, including the sample maths questions.
- Learn the key numbers by heart: the 30-day, 90-day and 12-month tenancy notices, the 40% / 25% / 30% off-plan tiers, the 4% and 0.25% DLD fees.
- Practise one topic at a time until you score well, then take timed mock exams.
- Do every maths question with a calculator and write out the working, as you would in the exam.
- Read each explanation, even for questions you got right, so you know the source.
Note: UAE anti-money laundering law was updated in 2025 (Federal Decree-Law No. 10 of 2025 replaced Federal Decree-Law No. 20 of 2018). Our AML questions test the duties that apply to brokers under both.
