1. About us

  1. These terms apply to your use of testready.ae (the "Site") and to any purchase of a practice test pack.
  2. The Site is run by TestReady Group, based in New Zealand ("we", "us"). Contact: [email protected].
  3. The Site is an independent practice platform. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to the Roads and Transport Authority, the Integrated Transport Centre, the Dubai Health Authority, the Department of Health Abu Dhabi, the Dubai Land Department or RERA, the Securities and Commodities Authority, the CISI, SIRA, Dubai Municipality, the Ministry of Education, the General Civil Aviation Authority, the Dubai Maritime Authority or any other government body or exam provider. Our questions are original practice questions and are not taken from any official exam.
  4. You need an internet-connected device and an up-to-date web browser. You do not need an account.

2. What you buy and the price

  1. We offer a free sample test and paid full practice packs (a "Pack") for individual exams.
  2. Prices are shown in UAE dirhams (AED). The price you see before you pay is the full price.
  3. A Pack gives you access to that test for 30 days from the date of purchase. It is a one-off payment. It does not renew and you will not be charged again.

3. Buying and payment

  1. The contract is made when your payment is completed.
  2. Payments are processed by Stripe. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout (cards, and Apple Pay or Google Pay where available). We never see your full card details.
  3. After payment you get access to the Pack on screen and an access link at the email address you gave at checkout. The link is for your personal use.

4. Refunds

  1. A Pack is digital content delivered immediately after payment. UAE law does not give a general cooling-off period for digital content that is delivered immediately, and before paying you confirm that you want access straight away.
  2. Money-back guarantee: if you are not happy with a Pack for any reason, we will give you a 100% refund if you ask within 14 days of purchase. You do not need to give a reason. Email [email protected] from the email address you used at checkout.
  3. We refund the full amount you paid, to the original payment method. Your access to that Pack ends when the refund is made.
  4. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act 2003 or any other law that cannot be excluded by contract.

5. Complaints

  1. If you are unhappy, email [email protected] with a description of the problem and the email address used at checkout. We aim to reply within 2 working days.
  2. If we cannot resolve your complaint, you may contact the consumer protection service of the UAE Ministry of Economy or, in Dubai, the Department of Economy and Tourism consumer rights service.

6. Using the Site

  1. The content of the Site is protected by copyright. You may not copy, resell or share it, or share your access link with other people.
  2. The Site is for study and practice only. A score on the Site does not guarantee any result in a real exam or selection process. Always check the latest official syllabus and rules with the exam provider.

7. General

  1. How we handle personal data is explained in our Privacy policy.
  2. These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. This choice of law does not remove any protection you have under laws that cannot be excluded by contract.
  3. These terms apply from 11 October 2026.
